Creating your Dubb AI account takes less than two minutes. 1. Go to https://ai.dubb.com. 2. Click Get Started or Sign Up. 3. Choose your sign-up method: Google or your existing Dubb account. 4. Grant the necessary permissions when prompted. 5. You will land on your Dubb AI dashboard. Once your account is created, connect your Slack workspace under Agent Settings at https://ai.dubb.com/settings. If you already have a Dubb account (dubb.com), use those same credentials to log in directly. Tip: Use a Google account for the fastest sign-in experience.
Dubb AI supports two sign-in methods. Google Sign-In: Click Sign in with Google and select your Google account. No password required. Dubb Account: Use your existing dubb.com email and password. You can link or unlink sign-in methods from the Account page at https://ai.dubb.com/account. At least one sign-in method must always remain active.
The Dashboard shows two cards. Agent Configuration: Current status (Active/Inactive), AI model in use, link to Agent Settings. Slack Connection: Connected workspace name, status, link to manage. The left sidebar has six sections: Dashboard, Integrations, Skills, Scheduled Tasks, Billing, and Settings. A Dubb Support card at the bottom links to [email protected].
Dubb AI CAN: Send emails, book meetings, update CRM records, write content, generate outreach, build sequences, search the web for real-time information, run scheduled automations, create and share files in Slack, connect to 3,000+ integrations. Dubb AI CANNOT: Make phone calls, access systems it has not been connected to, take actions outside granted permissions, guarantee delivery via third-party platforms.
Direct Message: Open a DM with Dubb AI in Slack for private, one-on-one requests. Best for personal tasks, sensitive data, or focused work sessions. Channel Mention: Type @Dubb AI followed by your request in any channel where Dubb AI has been invited. Best for team-visible actions or shared workflows. Dubb AI only responds when directly mentioned in a channel or when you send it a DM.
Skill: A specialized capability Dubb AI activates based on your request. Integration: A connected third-party service Dubb AI can read from and act on. Team Connection: An integration shared across all workspace members. Personal Connection: An integration connected only for you. Scheduled Task: A recurring or one-time automation Dubb AI runs automatically. Sandbox: An isolated environment where Dubb AI runs code and creates files. Be specific and direct. Say what you want done, not just what you're thinking about. Good: "Write a cold outreach email to the VP of Sales at Acme Corp introducing Dubb AI." Weak: "Help me with email." Include context: recipient, goal, tone, and any constraints. Dubb AI learns your preferences over time.
